The Stellenbosch – Franschhoek cycle tour range from 70km (Franschhoek) – 100 km (up and over the Franschhoek pass) and are aimed at road cyclists who are comfortable sharing roads with traffic and can ride between 23-30 kph. Beginners can easily do the ride to Franschhoek and the more advanced riders can climb the beautiful Franschhoek pass and do the decent all the way at the other side.
All our cycle tours include a quality carbon rental bike. The rental bikes (Trek) are in great conditions and include a helmet and puncture equipment.
Cycling makes you thirsty. Luckily there are many great coffee shops (tell us if you don’t like coffee ;-)). On all our cycling tours we plan to have a quick coffee at a scenic wine farm or a cosy coffeeshop half way.
