Spring Trail Run

Let’s celebrate Spring on the beautiful trails in the Simonsberg Conservancy. Get your entry in, as entries are limited at this special venue.

REGISTRATION: From 06h45 at Knorhoek
DISTANCES & START TIMES: 6km: 08h15 & 10km: 08h00
COST: Pre entries (pre-entries closing on Wednesday, 13 September)
6km – R110, 10km – R130

Late entries: If available, will be taken on event day at an additional fee

Timing by Amarider Trail Tag – available for rent or to buy.

ROUTE DESCRIPTIONS: Don’t miss singletrack heaven on the slopes of Simonsberg! Climbing in the forest just above the cellar with various trails bringing you back to the finish.
GENERAL INFO:
Pre-entries will get the discount. Medal to all finishers! A refreshment station on both routes will have Powerade, fruit & jellies and Coke at the finish for all! Recovery massages available and fantastic prizes from sponsors like Cape Storm, Falke and Knorhoek for the winners are the top three male & females of each distance, as well as in the lucky draw. There will be coffee, drinks and food for sale, but book in advance for lunch at the restaurant.
